Plain-language policy

Your privacy matters.

This page explains what Neon Pixel Games may receive when you visit the website, download an asset, or contact the studio.

Effective August 9, 2026

Website visits

The Neon Pixel website does not ask you to create an account and does not contain advertising trackers. Its hosting provider may process technical request information—such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver and secure the site.

Neon Pixel may use privacy-focused aggregate analytics to understand page views, referring sources, countries, and device categories. That information is used to improve the site and measure which launch links are useful, not to build advertising profiles or follow you across websites.

Direct wallpaper and press-asset downloads may appear in standard server logs or aggregate traffic counts.

Email

If you email Neon Pixel, the studio receives your address, message, and any files or details you choose to send. That information is used to answer your request, provide support, maintain a record of the conversation, and protect the studio from abuse.

Do not email passwords, payment-card details, device passcodes, or other credentials.

Chainlink Fury & the App Store

Chainlink Fury is being prepared as a paid iPhone and iPad download with no ads and no in-app purchases. It is not yet publicly listed.

Apple independently processes App Store browsing, purchases, downloads, refunds, and account activity under Apple’s own terms. Apple may provide Neon Pixel with sales, installation, performance, crash, and diagnostic information according to a player’s settings and Apple’s developer services.

Before public release, Chainlink Fury’s App Store privacy label will identify any data the release build collects and how it is used. If game data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

Retention & your choices

Email and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, resolve recurring issues, meet legal obligations, and protect the studio. Hosting and email providers keep technical records under their own retention and security practices.

You may ask Neon Pixel to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by the studio. Some records may need to be retained when required by law, for security, or to document a resolved transaction or dispute.
